is a totally unique concept to homeownership for people with critical
credit issues that prohibits them from obtaining a mortgage by
conventional means.

Counseling Program, PCDC will secure your mortgage and work with your
debtors to pay your outstanding debts.

counseling and budgeting plan, your debts can be paid in 5 years and your
mortgage refinanced by a mortgage company of your choosing.
