The Paulsboro Community Development Center
is a non-profit organization which has employed ex-OIC executives to
design, develop and implement training programs that center on the
needs of employers. These training programs are specifically
designed and focused on an employer’s job opening needs.
The PCDC will provide pre-employment
training and ready applicants for apprenticeship when applicable.

At the Paulsboro Community Development Center, we work closely
with various agencies and Employers in Gloucester County and
surrounding area Counties to provide you with the most effective
means of aid and assistance to meet your specific needs.
The process
of detachment from Public Assistance to Working Independence is often a
tough one, however with the proper tools and support it can be achieved
successfully. Giving a close evaluation to each individual and their
situation is PCDC's focal point of this process.
